Meihua Biotechnology Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Meihua Group") has introduced the SA8000 Social Accountability Management System. With the core guiding principles of "People-Oriented, Compliance with Laws and Regulations, Continuous Improvement, and Social Repayment", this Policy specifies detailed implementation requirements covering multiple aspects such as employment standards, protection of employee rights and interests, workplace safety, and business integrity. It is not only a strict constraint on the company's own operations, but also a solemn commitment to employees, customers, partners, and all sectors of society.

Policies of SA8000:

1. The use of child labor is prohibited and unsupported. We do not accept any suppliers or subcontractors that employ child labor or force labor.

2. We respect the freedom of employees and prohibit any form of forced or compulsory labor.

3. We provide safe and hygienic working and living conditions to ensure the safety and health of employees.

4. We promote labor-management cooperation and respect employees' freedom of association and collective bargaining rights.

5.We provide an equal and fair working environment and prohibit any form of discriminatory behavior.

6. We respect the basic human rights of employees, prohibit and do not support any form of behavior that insults their dignity.
